What is Arthroscopic Surgery?

Arthroscopic Surgery is a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to examine, diagnose, and treat problems inside a joint. The term arthroscopy comes from the Greek words arthro (joint) and skopein (to look)—literally meaning “to look inside the joint.”

How it differs from traditional surgery:
